MT Diversity Scholarship
To be considered for the MT Diversity Scholarship a student must be a current MTSU student (sophomore, junior, or senior) with at least a 2.50 cumulative MTSU GPA as of scholarship application deadline, and meet the University’s definition of diversity. Diversity may include, but is not limited to, the following: disability status, first-generation college students, gender identity/expression, non-traditional students, personal hardships, race or ethnicity, sexual orientation, special gifts or talents, and veteran status.
Applicants must also demonstrate financial need, be pursing 1st undergraduate degree, must be in good standing for the purpose of Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), must be a US citizen or permanent resident, and cannot be recipient of another scholarship awarded and/or funded by the MTSU Financial Aid & Scholarship Office.
The recipients shall be selected by the MTSU Financial Aid & Scholarship Office.
