Ann Hoke and David Hoke Endowed Scholarship Fund

To be eligible for consideration for this scholarship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Recipients must be full time students, admitted and enrolled to attend Middle Tennessee State University with a focus in the Real Estate Concentration and/or Entrepreneurship Program in the College of Business, have earned a minimum of 60 credit hours and have demonstrated a strong personal work ethic, have an overall minimum 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
Financial need, in the broadest sense, as determined by the awarding scholarship committee may be considered.

Each scholarship award is for one academic year. Prior recipients are not disqualified from consideration for this scholarship during subsequent years. Should a recipient become ineligible, any unapplied scholarship funds will be forfeited, and a new recipient may be named using the criteria above.
